Commission Rules
The OrangeBit Infinite Agent Program implements a transparent and automated commission framework that rewards agents based on trading activity generated by their clients and downstream networks.
1. Commission Sources
All commissions are derived from a portion of Taker and Maker trading fees generated on the platform.
A predefined percentage of the fee is allocated to the agent responsible for bringing in the trader or managing the sub-agent network.
Commissions are automatically calculated and disbursed in $ORANGE tokens or the preferred settlement currency.
2. Commission Structure (Example)

Real-time
Agents earn a fixed percentage of trading fees generated by their directly referred clients.
Team/Downline Commission

3. Transparency & Auditability
Open Rules: All commission formulas, allocation percentages, and settlement schedules are publicly documented.
On-Chain Logging: Transactions, referral links, and earned commissions are recorded on-chain where applicable, allowing independent verification.
Platform Dashboard: Agents can track earned commissions, pending payouts, and team performance via a dedicated dashboard.
⚡ Objective: Ensure that agents trust the system, can verify earnings, and focus on sustainable ecosystem growth.
