Platform Overview

Q1. What is OrangeBit?

OrangeBit is a hybrid digital asset trading platform that combines on-chain asset settlement with off-chain high-performance matching. It supports multi-chain assets, user self-custody, and an ecosystem of rewards, staking, VIP tiers, and agent programs.

Q2. What are the core advantages of OrangeBit?

Core advantages include:

  • On-chain settlement for asset security and transparency.

  • Multi-chain support to trade assets across different networks.

  • High-performance off-chain matching engine for fast trading.

  • Ecosystem rewards including token staking, VIP benefits, and referral commissions.

Q3. Who is OrangeBit suitable for?

OrangeBit is ideal for users who:

  • Trade multi-chain assets.

  • Require high-speed trading and low latency.

  • Value asset security and self-custody.

  • Want to participate in the platform’s ecosystem (staking, VIP, agent programs).

Account & Asset Management

Q4. How do I register and open an account?

OrangeBit supports both wallet connection and email login via Privy.

  • You can connect directly using a supported crypto wallet such as MetaMask, OKX Wallet, Coinbase Wallet, or WalletConnect to start trading immediately.

  • Alternatively, you can sign up with your email through Privy, which provides a secure and convenient way to access the platform without managing private keys directly.

Both login methods are linked to the same OrangeBit account system, allowing you to access all core features seamlessly. Some advanced features (like VIP tiers, XP rewards, or agent programs) may require wallet verification or specific token holdings.

Q5. Which blockchains and assets are supported?

OrangeBit is a wallet-based, multi-chain trading platform. At launch OrangeBit supports Arbitrum and Ethereum. The platform is actively being developed and will roll out support for additional networks (for example: BNB Chain, Solana, and more) over time.

Always double-check the selected network before depositing or withdrawing — choosing the wrong network can lead to permanent asset loss. For the latest list of supported chains and tokens, see the “Supported Networks / Assets” section in the documentation or your dashboard.

Q6. How can I deposit and withdraw assets?

OrangeBit uses on-chain smart contract interactions instead of traditional deposits and withdrawals.

  • Deposit: Connect your wallet and approve the trading contract to deposit assets directly through the on-chain interface. Funds are securely locked in the contract for trading and can be verified transparently on the blockchain.

  • Withdraw: When you close positions or request a withdrawal, the assets are automatically returned from the smart contract to your connected wallet — no manual address input or centralized processing required.

All transactions are executed on-chain, ensuring transparency, security, and full user control of funds.

Q7. How safe are my assets on OrangeBit?

OrangeBit ensures safety through:

  • On-chain settlement via smart contracts.

  • Optional self-custody wallets.

  • Security audits, bug bounty programs, cold/hot wallet separation, and risk management mechanisms.

Trading & Market Functions

Q8. What types of trading does OrangeBit support?

Spot trading, perpetual contracts, margin/leveraged trading, hedging options, and multiple order types including market, limit, and TP/SL (take-profit/stop-loss).

Q9. What are the trading fees and how is slippage calculated?

Trading fees depend on base rates and may vary based on VIP status, staking, or agent commission tiers. Slippage depends on market liquidity, order size, order type, and network conditions.

Q10. How do I use TP/SL (take-profit / stop-loss) orders?

Select TP/SL in the order interface, set trigger and target prices, and confirm. The system will automatically execute orders when conditions are met.

Q11. How does the liquidation mechanism work?

If your account margin or risk metrics fall below the platform’s thresholds, forced liquidation may occur to prevent negative balances. Details are in the “Risk & Liquidation” module.

Token, Ecosystem & Rewards

Q12. What is OrangeBit’s native token and its use?

OrangeBit issues a native token (e.g., ORANGE) for fee discounts, staking rewards, VIP/agent eligibility, and governance participation.

Q13. How can I participate in staking or earn rewards?

Select a staking plan, enter the amount and lock-up period, and confirm. Rewards depend on lock duration and amount staked.

Q14. What is the Infinite Agent program?

Infinite Agent is a referral system allowing users to invite others and earn commissions based on their referrals’ trading activity.

Q15. How do I become an Agent and earn commissions?

Apply for agent status, meet eligibility requirements, receive a referral link/code, and earn commissions based on referrals’ activity. Commission percentages and tiers depend on agent level, VIP, and XP.

Q16. What is the VIP program?

VIP is a tiered reward system where higher tiers unlock reduced fees, priority support, higher withdrawal limits, and better referral/agent commissions.

Q17. How is VIP status achieved and maintained?

Achieved by trading volume, staking tokens, and accumulating XP. Maintain VIP by continuing to meet thresholds; failure may result in downgrade.

Q18. What is XP (Experience Points) and how does it work?

XP tracks platform activity like trading, staking, and referrals. XP determines eligibility for VIP tiers and agent rewards. It may be earned through trades, staking, referrals, and participating in events.

Q19. How do Infinite Agent, VIP, and XP interact?

XP helps unlock VIP tiers; higher VIP tiers provide better agent commissions; agent activity may grant XP or contribute to VIP. The three programs reinforce each other to encourage engagement and rewards.

Security, Compliance & Audits

Q20. Has OrangeBit been security audited?

Yes. OrangeBit publishes smart contract audits, bug bounty programs, and security policies. Check the “Security & Audit” module for reports.

Q21. Where can I find privacy policies and terms of service?

Available under “Legal / Terms & Privacy” on the platform. Users are advised to read before registering.

Q22. How can I keep my wallet and funds secure on OrangeBit?

OrangeBit is a decentralized trading platform — all assets remain under your wallet’s control. The platform itself does not hold user funds or private keys. To ensure maximum security:

  • Never share your seed phrase or private key with anyone.

  • Verify contract addresses before signing any transaction.

  • Use official links only to avoid phishing sites.

  • Regularly review wallet permissions and revoke unnecessary contract approvals.

  • If you suspect a malicious transaction or wallet compromise, disconnect your wallet immediately and transfer remaining funds to a new secure wallet.

OrangeBit smart contracts are publicly verifiable and audited, ensuring transparency and minimizing platform-related risks.
